Procedure

We can submit a .ca .com .org .(anything) domain renewal on your behalf if we are your existing Registrar. If you wish to transfer your domain from your current .CA Registrar to London Webmasters, there will be an additional fee per domain required by CIRA (the Canadian Internet Registration Authority) which we will add to your total bill. In this case we will also contact you by phone to brief you on the rest of the procedure.

1. Credit Terms

We offer credit to qualified customers who have a well established credit history with London Webmasters. Please e-mail us at billing@lweb.net including your business name and contact info if you wish to verify your current credit eligiblity. If you are a new customer, please submit this form complete with billing information. Should you wish to ensure immediate submission you will be given the opportunity to pay by Visa or Mastercard via a customised credit card authorization form, which you may obtain after submitting this page. If you prefer not to pay by credit card, we will invoice you via the billing address you provide. Renewals will be processed once payment has been recieved. If your domain has been suspended for more than thirty days, CIRA may add it to the TBR (To Be Released) registry in which case the domain cannot be processed as a renewal and must be processed the same as a new registration. Also if you do not renew your domain prior to seven days before the expiry date you will be charged the full new registration fee.
